Compliments, Complaints and Suggestions
While we try to provide a first class, friendly and efficient service we realize that occasionally things do not always go as smoothly as we would like. We would like to know when this happens so we can improve. We are also interested your thoughts and ideas about what works well.
 
If you have any complaints, compliments, comments or suggestions on any matter connected to the running of the surgery please contact Mr Mike Salt our Practice Manager in the first instance. He can be contacted by post or by using our suggestion box located in the waiting room. Alternatively you can contact him by phone on 0115 922 4960. Independent Complaints Advisory Service
ICAS supports patients and their carers wishing to pursue a complaint about their NHS treatment or care.
 
Citizens Advice Bureau
CAB provides free, independent and confidential advice and may be able to help you if you have cause to complain about our service.
